Frequently Asked Questions
How fast does my reading arrive?
Within minutes. After checkout you'll receive a short form for your birth details; the moment you submit it, your reading is computed, typeset, and emailed to you. Most readings arrive inside ten minutes, day or night.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Enter your best estimate. The closer the time, the more precise the houses and angles of your chart — but a reading cast from an approximate time still carries a great deal. If you were born in the United States, your birth certificate often records the time; many hospitals will retrieve it on request.
What exactly do I receive?
A PDF manuscript of roughly forty pages (varies by reading), typeset like an old engraving — aged leaves, plates, your name on the work — readable on any phone, tablet, or computer, and printable if you want it on paper.
How are the readings made?
Every position is computed from the Swiss Ephemeris, the same high-precision astronomical data professional astronomy uses, cast for your exact minute and place of birth across three traditions — Hellenistic, Vedic, and Tajika. The prose is composed in our house voice from that computation alone. Nothing is generic, and nothing is copied between readings.
Can I buy a reading as a gift?
Yes — and it makes an unusual one. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's email when prompted for delivery, or have the birth-details form sent to yourself and fill it with their details (with their consent). The Love Compatibility Reading is the rare anniversary gift that is actually about the two of you.
What is your refund policy?
Each reading is computed for one person (or one couple) and cannot be resold, so all sales are final once your reading has been delivered. If delivery fails, the file is defective, or we made an error, write to us within seven days and we will re-render or refund — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Is this advice?
No. Our readings are personalized astrological analyses offered for insight and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
