Refund policy

Each reading is computed from one person's (or one couple's) exact birth details and composed for them alone — it cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, all sales are final once your reading has been delivered.

That said, we stand behind the work:

• If your reading fails to arrive, write to us and we will re-send it immediately.
• If the file is defective or unreadable, we will re-render it at no charge.
• If you entered incorrect birth details, write to us within 7 days and we will re-cast your reading once, free.
• If we made an error, we will re-render or refund — your choice.
